Three Steps for Patient Access to Medical Cannabis
STEP 1: GET CERTIFIED
Get certified. Contact your health care provider to see if medical cannabis may help. Your health care provider will give you a certification if medical cannabis is appropriate for your condition. Health care providers must meet certain requirements to certify patients. Read the requirements for more information.
STEP 2: REGISTER ONLINE
See instructions for registering here. A registry ID card will be mailed to you after your application is approved. A temporary registry ID card can be printed and used immediately.
STEP 3: PURCHASE MEDICAL CANNABIS
Bring your New York State Medical Cannabis Program Registry ID card and patient certification from your registered practitioner to any Be. dispensary location to meet with one of our pharmacists for a first-time patient consultation. Visit the NYS OCM website for a list of Registered Organizations authorized to dispense medical marijuana in New York. You can also learn more about our current Be. locations here.

All individuals interested in becoming a patient or caregiver must first register with the New York State Office of Cannabis Management before having access to purchasing medical cannabis products.
Once you have your state registered patient identification, you can then register with Be. to become a patient at any of our locations. All patients must register prior to purchasing products.
